Manchester City are starting again. Pep Guardiola's resignation closed a decade that delivered six Premier League titles and the 2023 treble, and Enzo Maresca — once Guardiola's assistant at the Etihad — returns as manager on a three-year deal. City answered the upheaval with roughly £153m of spending, headlined by £116m for Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson.
